Contribution to the exhibition, held at the Civic Archaeological Museum of Bergamo from 20 November 2004 to 30 June 2005, which retraced the history of money, with particular attention to the local aspects of the Gallic, Roman and early medieval ages, through specimens from the civic collections and some monetary issues found in the Bergamo area. Among these, an important hoard of 124 Po Valley silver drachmas found in Verdello and some examples of the issues of the Bergamo mint, from the time of Federico I Barbarossa up to the Republic of Venice.

In excellent condition. Very rare.
